Further to the video below, erroneous data is being presented within the Interest field for UN/0199. No data has been entered into the fields, but data is displaying on the Subscribe side of the application. Please ensure this issue is resolved within this Dispute and then confirm whether this is an issue in other disputes that needs to be resolved.
Could you please check again this issue as we found you checked the different UIN from admin side and subscriber side. the data you shown in video is reffering to anothe dispute uin.
You're right. I mixed up the dispute UINs above. My apologies. However, I noticed a difference in the way fields are displaying data. Further to the screenshot below, in one example the field value appears underneath the field label and in the other example the field value is appearing next to the field label:
Could you resolve this discrepancy so that the field value always appears next to the field label separated by ":" (e.g., Interest Claim: 12).

The data display properly. As per template, The field you described is only field you entered hence it is displaying value under label. IF you will enter the relevant child field then it will display horizontally.
