Erroneous Usage on Dechert Account

Further to the Usage Report below for Dechert, something odd happened where 183,781 sessions were recorded in their session details on 22 September 2021 and 27 September 2021. All the sessions originated from IP address 204.155.230.3. Obviously something happened on their end that caused their system to bombard the application with logins. Could you please removed these erroneous records from their usage record? Also, should we be concerned about this and contact the Subscriber to figure out what happened here?

Russell replied:
We did have reports of individuals not being able to access ISLG from that IP on the 22nd. It is possible that some type of access loop happened that caused all these sessions. 

At this point, I don't anticipate them to give us any additional information.
I will work with Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh to make sure these records are removed from our logs.

We have removed all erroneous session data between 22nd September to 27 September and Page Count is blank for Dechert LLP Group.
