The issue has not been resolved.  I received the same error message when trying to save my Edits to the Provision descriptions for BIT/0056 on app.islg.  Please let me know if we need a call about this so I can show you again.

The issue was occurred due to provision description length. We have updated up to Max length for Provision description.

This issue is resolved now on both app.islg and staging.islg. Please check again and confirm.
