The new live site lists some dispute documents without full citation. Users are able to click on the link, but it doesn't show anything about the document.

This appears to be happening with documents where will have a PDF document only and no HTML (e.g., IC/0248/01). Note that these documents will never have an HTML, because they do not have analysis data and an HTML should not be required. 

Following up on Morgan 's comment above, there is an example of IC/0077/03 where we already have HTML on the new admin site that shows no full citation on the new live site. It appears like the issue is not confined to documents where we will not provide HTMLs.
 

To follow up on what's been posted already, the documents that do not have full citation under Dispute Documents, are missing full citation under Terms and Phrases on staging live site.

I tested on staging.investorstatelawguide.com. 

I posted here because I noticed the documents the full citation of which does not appear under Dispute Documents are the ones that do not appear under Terms and Phrases. My assumption was that if the issue is resolved under Dispute Documents, it will be resolved under Terms and Phrases as well. Sure, I'll create another to-do, and add comments.

We have updated all Full Citation on rebuild.islg & staging.islg.  The Following  345 UIN we have taken from UIN Master List Spread (3rd December) sheet and migrated on rebuild.islg  but those UIN are not included in Legacy application so those UIN's Full Citation was not migrated.

You need to manually update those UIN's Full Citation.

You are right that the UINs you identified didn't exist in the legacy app, but the staging admin site has already automatically generated full citation for all of them (part of system design). I know the Migration Map directed you to the legacy app for full citation, but please ensure that existing automatically generated full citation (for those 345 UINs) is displayed on the live site.

Actually, those UIN's Full Citation are automictically generated on admin side. But those documents are published state so you can not save those Full Citation in database.

Those Full Citation on Admin side is just automatically generated and for display purpose for admin user but for display those full citation subscriber side we need to update into database.

Could you please provide one spread sheet those UIN list with Full Citation Column in spread sheet. so we can directly update in to database and this is the easiest solution to populate all missing Full Citation.

The Full Citation is contained within the Dispute forms within the application. We don't have a copy in a spreadsheet. These need to be generated by pulling the data from the relevant fields within the forms.
