It is a low-priority item, but I was wondering if we could ask DevIT to look into the possibility of making this update:
Currently, there is no way to distinguish between the newly added Terms & Phrases and the existing ones. As a result, every time Terms & Phrases are entered in stage 2 of the analysis process, the reviewer (in stage 4 of the analysis) needs to go under ‘Master Tree and Reports’ to check if there is a new entry added (unpublished). Is it possible that the reviewers are notified when a new entry is added under Terms & Phrases so they are alerted when it needs to be ‘published’?

This was listed as one of the items that was deployed to app.islg, but it's not working as expected, despite what
IC/0192/142 is used as an example on app.islg.
What I have created as a test entry appears under T&P Master List, but no notification was received.

We checked and found that there is no task you assigned for review data capture. We built there if the reveiewer is assigned then only mail send to reviewer and Put Cc to you.
Let me know if reviewer is not assigned then also you need to send the mail only to you.

I did assign the Review: Data Capture to me after the video above but didn't receive any alert. When reviewers draft DCDs (step 2 Analyze: Data Capture), there won't be step 4 Review: Data Capture assigned yet, so I should be alerted with an email as soon as a new T&P is entered on app.islg.
Could you ensure that:
1. I am alereted as soon as a new T&P is inserted; and
2. When somebody is assigned step 4 Review: Data Capture, the reviewer also gets the same email?

This one will do.. you can get email every time the new term Phrase will be added.
2. When somebody is assigned step 4 Review: Data Capture, the reviewer also gets the same email?
For above point, Technically you should assigned review data capture task before you add new term and phrase. because only that way we can send relevant term & phrase to particular that person. We can not send mail once Term & phrase added then you will assign Review Data capture person.

Ok, I'll assign step 4 as I assign step 2 going forward then.
Would you be able to change the alert email to include the document UIN that a new term or phrase appears as in below (e.g., under IC/0192/145)? Right now, I am alerted of a new entry, but it doesn't say under which document UIN the new entry is made.
