The provision list was not migrated successfully from legacy to app.islg. When I said that new provision codes have been added to the HTML: Chapter 12 and Chapter 22, I should have been more clear. 

I see you added the following on app.islg:

However, Chapter 12 and Chapter 22 on legacy has a long list of provisions that fall under each Chapter.
For example, the following provisions are missing from the provision list on app.islg:

These are all found on legacy.  Please let me know if you need further guidance on this.

If no then will remove existing provision and migrate from legacy application.
