IC/0555/08 had both PDF and HTML files, but I no longer see them. The PDF is showing an Error 404 message. The HTML does not appear on the admin site. The data capture for this HTML was complete (Please note that the data under the Analysis tab has no issues). Also, please note that it is not yet published.
Here is Please see the last three rows of the Document History tab.
We need to retrieve the HTML that had text highlighted for Analysis and add the PDF.
Please note that the same issue happened recently: Unable to create Draft and HTML is missing (UN/0073/04) - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild for Tologix
Could we resolve this as an unplanned/critical issue?
Thanks,
Nafiseh

Sorry that this happening. It is very concerning that PDF and HTML files disappear from our application server.
Hi
Please look into this issue on your Thursday.
Equally important is to figure out why and how this is happening. Do we have file delete capabilities within ISLG Admin code? What other process could cause that? Please investigate the issue and report back in this thread.
We have restored PDF and html files on app.islg.
I checked on database and found that you have crated IC/0555/08 on 4th January as only PDF document and on 31st January created on draft version.
Could you please explain how you create first version and what steps you follows to create draft version ? how you upload the html ?
so we can investigate on this.

The HTML is restored, but I still can't download the PDF:
Could you please resolve the issue?
As for your question, when I find a new document, I upload it on app.islg as PDF document, and publish it, and when the HTML is available,

To answer your question, our protocol for uploading and publishing PDFs and HTMLs have remained the same.
The protocol that Nafiseh described above is our usual process. We first publish the PDF and then when the HTML becomes available, I create a draft.
The PDF was corrupt, and this was causing the "Failed to load PDF document" issue. The problem is now resolved.
Note that you might need clear your cache (or restart your Incognito session) to see the file.

How can we avoid PDF becoming corrupt?
Thanks,
Paul
It looks like the problem was when the PDF was uploaded to this Basecamp thread. It might have been a temporary glitch with Basecamp.
Harsh then probably used the PDF from Basecamp to copy it on app.islg.
I fixed the issue by copying the source PDF from Egnyte and replacing the corrupt file on app.islg.
