As you can see, the HTML formatting has issues. The Footnote font size is wrong. The paragraph numbers are appearing above the body of text. I don't know if this was the condition of the HTML when it was originally uploaded. Or if something has changed recently on app.islg to disrupt the formatting.

You'll see that the formatting is wrong. The paragraph 337 is missing along with a lot of other text.
If I do Ctrol+F and search for the first few words from paragraph 337, "In Electrabel , the tribunal had emphasised that while the ECJ had exclusive jurisdiction", the text that I'm searching for appears:

I am also attaching the HTML document stored on app.islg. I can see the same formatting issues you describe.
I can also confirm that this document has not been altered since March 2021.

The above issue is resolved on app.islg. Please check and verify. The HTML content is not within the div element.
