TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild

HTML reference issue UN-0101-14

Assigned to

Notes
Hello,

I am having an issue tagging footnote 3 in UN-0101-14. Whenever I tag footnote 3, the tag will recognize the location of the tag as footnote 1 instead of footnote 3.

Thanks,

Katrina

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

Further to the Katrina Law, Legal Content Specialist at Tologix Katrina 's video below, I've inserted this into the backlog with priority #11. I've given this a higher priority, because this is causing errors in the data, which will prevent us from completing analysis and publishing the document to the Subscriber site.

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan Katrina Law, Legal Content Specialist at Tologix Katrina ,

We checked and found that this is the html id issue. As per video, When you going to tag fn3 but that time you can see that fn1 is going to tag in modal popup. As fn1 id is set in place of fn3 in html file as per following screnshoot.

We will html id with help of Aaksh and replace the html file on app.islg.

Once the html file will be replaced you need to delete fn1 tag and then again tag fn3.

Hi Katrina Law, Legal Content Specialist at Tologix Katrina ,

This issue is resolved on app.islg. Please delete old fn3 tag and then again create fn3 tag.

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

Thanks for getting back to me. I took a look at UN-0101-14 and found that the article citator tags aren't displaying in the HTML view. I think that tags are just not displaying, rather than them being deleted, given that the tags are still displaying in the analysis list. Could you please have the AC tags display  in the HTML again so I can delete the old fn3 tags?

Thanks,

Katrina

Hi Katrina Law, Legal Content Specialist at Tologix Katrina ,

We have updated the id of html so you can not able to see that tag in html.

Provide me list of tags  that you want to delete for this document so i will remove from back end

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

Can you please remove the references to fn1 as show below?

Nafiseh Arghandehpour, Legal Content Manager at ISLG Nafiseh  - I'm tagging you in this thread just so you know why no AC tags are displaying in the HTML when you do your review.

Thanks,

Katrina

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

While reviewing the data capture for UN/0101/14, I found a few data entry errors under the Jurisprudence citator which because the relevant tags do not appear in the HTML, I was not able to fix them. Could you please make the required changes as explained in the spreadsheet attached?

Thanks,

Nafiseh

Hi Nafiseh Arghandehpour, Legal Content Manager at ISLG Nafiseh ,

As per above screen shots, we have updated tag entry for UN/0101/14 and NU/00843 on app.islg.

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

The references look good under the analysis list. The only outstanding issue is that under Master Tree and Reports, the references to page 317 of NU/00843 are not grouped together as you see in the screen capture below:

Could you please fix this issue so that all the relevant paragraphs of UN/0101/14 (i.e. paragraphs 22, 23, 24, 25 & 26) are grouped together?

Thanks,

Nafiseh

Hi Katrina Law, Legal Content Specialist at Tologix Katrina ,

You have created separate new tag as per following,

Tag 1 : 22,2425
Tag2 : 26
Tag3 : 23

so, It is not possible to merge all this tag in master tree otherwise it create issue while you edit tag through master tree.

If it is only display purpose then only we can consolidate this tags.

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

because the relevant tags do not appear in the HTML, I am not able to check if Katrina created separate tags. I only know that as per the comments above, you created tag 3 (para 23).

What we need is that all the references to page 317 of NU/00843 appear in one place under the Master Tree and Reports.
If what you mentioned about consolidating the tags for display purposes means that the paragraphs of UN/0101/14 referring to page 317 of NU/00843 (i.e. paragraphs 22-26) will appear together on the live site, it should be fine.

Thanks,

Nafiseh
