Whenever we review HTML tags, the bubble or the line that shows the details of each tag is taking increasingly longer to load. As the video shows, it takes anywhere between 7-40 seconds to open up the bubble/line. It wasn't this slow earlier this week, but as we tag more dispute documents, the speed seems to be getting slower. 
Please bring the speed back to 1-2 seconds like how tag options get displayed whenever a user highlights HTML.

The video shows IC/0417/05, but the problem was worse for UN/0147/07 and UN/0259/01.
