IC/0381/04 - InfraRed v. Spain Decision on Continuation of Stay of Enforcement of the Award - 27 October 2020 and IC/0414/02 - Cavalum v. Spain Dissenting Opinion of David R. Haigh Q.C. - 31 August 2020 are the two documents used as examples in the video. IC/0381/04 has been added to automatic HTML queue recently, and IC/0414/02 has been on the automatic HTML queue for longer than a week.

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

Further to the video above, it appears that some documents are not presenting the message when the HTML document is pending completion. Did you need to specifically flag which documents present the message? Note we should ensure this message is presented anytime there is analysis data entered into the the Dispute Document, but no HTML is available. This should ensure examples like the one above will be eliminated.

Also, conversely, it should be setup so that as soon as an HTML document is added, the message disappears and the HTML and other features become available to users.

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan and Paul Moon Paul ,

We checked this issue and found that the UIN number IC/0381/04 is treated as PDF only document. It means there is no analysis performed in this document and hence there is no html available in application.

Due to this reason we haven't set the html required flag in database to see the message because this document we treated as PDF only document.

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan and Paul Moon Paul ,

There are many documents which we considers as Documents without Analysis data. it means only PDF document we need.

But, As per migrated data, the analysis tagging data available on those documents and we are not set the Html Required flag on those documents.

Hence, The tagging data will be display on subscriber side but user click on any paragraph then message or html text will be not retrieved.

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh :

I understand you initially treated IC/0381/04 as PDF only document as it wasn't included in the original HTML queue (up to 15 September 2020). However, what I am asking here is to treat all the newly added UINs to both the manual and automatic HTML queue (e.g., IC/0381/04) as shown in the screenshots below as HTML pending like IC/0414/02, so users will get the message that HTML is temporarily unavailable on the new live site. The UINs below are probably treated as PDF only and the rebuild admin site doesn't show me any analysis list, but once you change them to HTML pending, they should show analysis data on the rebuild admin as I've seen with IN/0135/04: DCDs not being Migrated on Rebuild Admin Site - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

Here is a spreadsheet containing all the documents that were added to the HTML coding queue earlier this week:

Could you please ensure that these documents have the "HTML required" flag enabled so that their analysis data is available.

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

There are many tabs in spread sheet. Which tab we need to consider ?

Could you please send me only those UIN numbers which we need to set "Html Required" flag in database.

Also, The analysis data is already available. We need to update this flag for just display the message that Html is not available as of now.

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh :

I see Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan 's list contains 91 documents, but only 72 should've been migrated (the rest are "new" documents that our team will upload manually later). What you've done is correct.

Re:  ISHTMLReqiredDisputeDocumentList_01022021.xlsx above, there are 1095 documents listed. Can you update the attached list below to reflect the status change of 72 documents? Irit Weinfeld Irit and I will review it after.

Thanks,

Paul
