The HTML for IC/0247/04 is uploaded to app.islg.  It has not yet gone through Analysis. This Dispute Document was a placeholder.  There are DCD entries referring to this document.  I don't think those links will be affected on the app.islg live site when this HTML is published. We should make a note to check.

Paul says we should make sure that the references to IC/0247/04 are changed to paragraph-specific references if applicable.

There are several references to IC/0247/04 - see JP Citator DCD entries under IC/0263/03 on app.islg:

The document is not published yet, but I don't think there will be any issue on the live site.  Here is a screen capture of the live site - these are the DCD entries in  IC/0263/03 (IC/0263/03 - Tenaris v.
