IC/0404/01 wouldn't let me add any more SN entries under SN Master Tree. Attempting to insert an entry under T >  Taxation exclusions under certain treaties >  Taxation exclusion from certain Energy Charter Treaty obligations  gives an "Invalid Branch Text" message.

Have you attempted to strip the formatting out of the text your pasting from the legacy app, because the error message makes me think this is a formatting issue?
