I noticed AF/0011, AF/0012 and AF/0013 are missing counsel info on the current Article Citator Master List. I understand some documents may not give us any counsel info, but we should go through ICSID website (e.g., AF/0011 https://icsid.worldbank.org/cases/case-database/case-detail?CaseNo=ARB(AF)/98/1) or other sources to populate counsel info as much as possible.

Thanks, Nafiseh . Before you do so, let's identify disputes where we don't have counsel/tribunal info on Article Citator Master List first and we can tackle everything.

I have populated columns AE and AF in the UIN Master List to reflect whether there is counsel and/or tribunal data for each UIN according to the Article Citator Master List.
