IN/0086 currently has two ICSID Case Nos:
ICSID Case Nos. ARB/10/11 & ARB/10/18

An update has been made.  IN/0086 will only have one Case Number. A new Dispute will be created for the other Case Number. 

See tasks:
  • IN/0086 Dispute short tile and case number need to be updated (Nafiseh)
  • IN/0086/01 to /28 Dispute Document full citation to be updated (Nafiseh)
  • IN/0172 Dispute to be created (Nafiseh)
  • IN/0086/01 to /28 copy of PDF files to be saved as IN/0172/01 to /28 on Egnyte (Nafiseh)
  • IN/0172/01 to /28 Dispute Document PDFs to be uploaded to app.islg (Nafiseh)
  • Request most recent versions of HTMLs from Martin for IN/0086/03, /06, /14, /17, /18, /23, /27, /28 (Irit)
  • IN/0086/XX copy of HTMLs to be saved as IN/0172/XX on Egnyte (Irit)

How should the SN branch title be entered now that there are two UINs, IN/0086XX and IN/0172/XX?

Here is how it is currently entered with only IN/0086/XX entries:

Should it be changed?  Or can we keep it as is since the documents were duplicated and given new UINs due to there being two ICSID Case No.?

Can you add both UINs, i.e. IN/0086XX and IN/0172/XX under the same entry? If this is the case, we can add both short titles (IN/0086 and IN/0172) followed by document description and "find". Did you check how the other duplicate documents were added as we want to keep the entries consistent?

Yes, adding both UINs under the same entry is the plan.  Because the short titles are similar, would it look awkward/confusing?

Example:

IN/0086 Niko v. Bapex and Petrobangla
IN/0172 Niko v. Bapex

Together, the SN short title would be:
Niko v. Bapex and Petrobangla and Niko v. Bapex Decision on Jurisdiction....
