Further to the video below, the homepage is inconsistent in how the links to Document Libraries work compared those for Browser Profiles. The former appears to link directly to either the Dispute Library or Treaties and Rules Library, whereas the latter links to the Browse Profiles overview page. We should ensure that this behaviour is consistent between the two sets of links.
what is your opinion? Should we link directly to the libraries or to the overview pages to give users further context before entering the libraries?

The original intention of those options, were to lead users directly to the library page for treaties/rules/documents, and the listing page for profiles and organizations. The goal was to offer users a quick way to access the library and listing pages without needing to click through the landing page first. We can always add a third CTA that links to the landing page for more context, however the copy on the homepage should be enough to provide users with enough information to know what they can expect on the respective pages.
