There is currently no field for adding Tribunal Secretary under 
ANNULMENT COMMITTEE and ANNULMENT COMMITTEE (RESUBMISSION).

Tribunal Secretary field needs to be added under ANNULMENT COMMITTEE and ANNULMENT COMMITTEE (RESUBMISSION) which should also include the following:

1- The ability to enter the name of the former Tribunal Secretary (including the effective date of the change) and the name of the person replaced with the former Tribunal Secretary (including the start date);
2- The ability to enter multiple names (i.e. "Add another" option) so that when there is more than one Tribunal Secretary, we are able to add all names.
