The reports are back up.
We forgot to restart the web service after updating a page, and it created this client error. 

Unfortunately, this type of incident occurred twice this week.
We will discuss as a dev team next week in order to tighten up the server update process.

Yes, the frequency of this kind of error is concerning. It also reinforces the need for the QA script as soon as possible in order to catch issues like these.
