We checked and found that There multiple entries are created for UIN AF/0048/03.

1) In First video, It is indication the AF/0048/03 document is considered ad skip upload functionality document. Hence, there is no task menu available.

2) In Second vide, There is both html and PDF file available so there is no issue in that document.

Let me know which document you need to remove so I can remove it.

If you search AF/0048/03 on app.islg, you will see only one version uploaded. 

It has both the HTML and PDF uploaded.  When I create a draft version, the PDF and HTML do not appear. And the option to assign tasks is missing.

Now, you can try to create draft version for AF/00048/03. You can also able to see task menu.
