✔ Issue with replacing a PDF (IC/0565/34)

I am able to replace the PDF for IC/0565/34 on app.islg, however the live site still shows the old PDF version.
When I enter the UIN IC/0565/34 and select "Download Original PDF", I see the updated PDF.
The updated PDF has the word, "multiple" entered.
However, When I open the PDF for IC/0565/34 from the Dispute Document main page on app.islg admin site, I see the old PDF version.
The old PDF has "165" entered.
When I search the Live Site,

When we tried to download PDF for file for any place then will see updated PDF file.
Can you please clear the cache and check again ?
