The duplicate UINs have been deleted from the Legacy Admin Site, JP Citator.
UIN IC/0256/01 was not on the list above but also had a duplicate entry.

I've added this to my To-Do:

DCDs and SN entries that changed UIN post-3 December 2020 to be changed manually

I am marking this To-Do complete.

Legacy admin + JP Master updated. Update the rebuild admin after.
