Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

In this task, we have did ordering of pargraph tagging number by html. But, some html are pending so the ordering is not set. once the html will be available then ordering will be set automatically.

Could you please check the ordering number for the document which have html file available?

Ok. Great. Thanks Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh .

Paul Moon Paul and Irit Weinfeld Irit , we should probably do a before and after test on documents with HTMLs that have been completed to see if adding the HTML resolves the ordering problem. Could you please identify an appropriate document and coordinate with Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh on adding it and performing the test on staging.islg?

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan :

Irit Weinfeld Irit and I don't exactly understand what you and Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh described above. Are you saying that the problem is fixed on staging.islg and we need to identify a few documents with no HTMLs now on staging.islg ("before" test) but has been added recently on app.islg and add those HTMLs to staging.islg ("after" test) to see if paragraph numbers appear in order once the HTML is uploaded? I've checked the example that I used above (SolES award) on both staging.islg and app.islg and paragraph numbers on both sites still appear out of order (SolES award has HTML added already). If my understanding is correct, I'll ask Irit to identify recently done HTMLs currently not on staging.islg.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul Moon Paul ,

Yes, Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh is saying that the system should automatically reorder the pinpoint reference links in the order they appear within the HTML document, assuming an HTML is available. So we want to confirm that those references that are currently out of order, because there is no HTML document available, will automatically change to the correct order once the HTML is added by Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh .

Why don't we discuss briefly on Monday.

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

By mistake my above comment is related this thread (Jurisprudence Citator lexical order paragraph references & repetition - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild). it means we are doing paragraph tagging ordering as per html.

In this task, we will do ordering for Specific References as per suggestion. It means first will display numeric numbers and then dispaly aphabet characters.

For Example (11 ,13,17,29, VIIBa, VIIBb etc..)

Hope this is fine.

Hi Paul Moon Paul ,

Does the order Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh suggested work for you?

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan :

Yes, that works for me. One concern I have is making sure that if there are specific references to Paragraph 38, Paragraph 38.i, Paragraph 38.iii and Paragraph 39, I need them appear in that order instead of Paragraph 38, Paragraph 39, Paragraph 38.i and Paragraph 38.iii.

Irit Weinfeld Irit : if you could think of another scenario that we should bring up now, please add your comments.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul Moon Paul ,

Agreed, I think that works as well - especially seeing as specific references to Paragraphs, Footnotes and Annexes are separated (not bunched together)  on the app.islg live site.
