On April 29, a legal analytics entry under UN/0188/05 was inserted when it was a PDF only document without HTML as shown in the first video. After HTML was added on May 3, the "Relevant Document(s)" field where UN/0188/05 was previously entered appears blank as shown in the second video.
It appears inserting legal analytics entries when the cited UIN "Relevant Document" is a PDF only document doesn't retain the entry, as subsequent uploading of HTML wipes out the source document (e.g., UN/0188/05) and its dependent "Location in Relevant Document(s)."

's description above, we need to ensure that when a document changes from PDF only to HTML, it doesn't affect how that document may be referenced across other modules in the database, including Legal Analytics.
Note the same should apply to drafts that are published to replace the published version of the document. When a draft is published, the system should ensure that any references to the document (Dispute Document, Treaty or Arbitration Rule) automatically update with the new version of the document to ensure no referenced data is lost.
Thanks,
Morgan

It is a low-medium priority item.
