As we proceed into the content analysis design process for the Subject Navigator and Citators, could we please ensure that we include the ability to manually insert paragraph numbers for pinpoint reference purposes. The new design will emphasize automatically creating pinpoint references by highlighting text in the HTML documents; however, we want to ensure the requirements still maintain the ability to manually insert the paragraph number (or range), which will automatically produce an excerpt that covers the entire paragraph (or range). This will ensure historical data can be preserved, and also facilitate the ability to quickly created excerpts over a range of paragraphs without the cumbersome process of attempting highlight multiple paragraphs.
