✔ Master list records are getting updated without changes

Further to the video below and with reference to the changes we have already requested here: Change setting for "Save Draft" in master lists - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild, master list records are getting updated even though no chances are being made to the record. My expectation would be that updates would only get record when changes are made to the master list record. Also, I'm wondering if we should insert a "Cancel" button next to "Save Draft" and "Save & Exit" buttons to allow the user to exist the record without making any changes.
I'm not sure if DevIT will have any technical issues if the requirements are based on if changes are made in the record or not. I have written the requirements to consider the document updated, only if the status has been changed (as this can be done without needing to press 'save' or if the 'save draft' button has been selected. Please let me know if this will suffice. This Change has been done on both rebuild.islg and rebuilddemo.islg.
Could you please review these and the applicable user stories as a priority. We need to get these implemented on rebuild.islg so that we can start the Legal Analytics data capture process.
