Certain migrated dispute documents are missing Subject Navigator entries while retaining other citator entries. No SN entries appear under individual analysis list of UN/0121/04, and they do not appear under SN Master Tree either.
The same problem of no SN entries but citators entries migrated existed under IC/0418/01 as well, but I entered SN entries already in the past week.
This doesn't affect day-to-day tasks, but it impacts the user experience on app.islg subscriber site.

Hi

's description above, please note that this issue appears to have occurred across a number of documents where the applicable subject navigator entries were not migrated from the legacy to the beta application. Is there an automated way for us to perform an audit to confirm which SN entries were not migration from legacy in similarly to IC/0418/01?
Thanks,
Morgan

Hi
Paul
,
We have restored UN/0121/04 SN entries on app.islg. and, We assume the don't need to restore IC/0418/01 entries as you mentioned that you added by last week.
so we have restored only UN/0121/04 Dispute Document entries.
There is no migration bug. The entries was soft deleted due to draft version bug which we resolved few days ago on app.islg.
Please check and confirm about UN/0121/04 SN entries. We are trying to make automated query to find the Dispute Document UIN's where SN entries are soft deleted.

Hi
Harsh
:
UN/0121/04 SN entries are restored.
Ok, please do let us know if you find any other UINs where SN entries are soft deleted. Can the content team do anything to prevent the draft version bug causing SN "soft deleting" or is it something you have to work on?
Thanks,
Paul

Hi
Paul
,
You can continue your work. The bug was reported few days ago and we have already resolved on app.islg. We need to just restore the soft delete SN tagged data.
We are trying to find out by automated query nut if you find any Dispute Document that SN tagging entries are not display then provide the UIN number so we can restore it directly on app.islg.

If I find any other UINs with missing SN entries, I'll ask you to restore them.
