✔ Minimize TOC menu when navigating between tools in Dispute Document view

Further to the video below, when in the Dispute Document view and the TOC is expanded in the left side bar, if the user navigates to the different tools, the TOC remains expanded, which blocks viewing the results relevant to the tool in the sidebar.
Please minimize the TOC when the user selects a different tool in the header menu above the HTML, which will make the tool results in the sidebar visible.
This issue is resolved on both rebuild.islg and staging.islg.
