✔ Multi Entry Option required under "Tribunal Secretary"

As shown in the video, in the Dispute Details, there is no option under "Tribunal Secretary" for adding multiple entries as we have under Experts. The current functionality needs to be kept i.e. the ability to enter the name of the former Tribunal Secretary (including the effective date of the change) and the name of the person replaced with the former Tribunal Secretary (including the start date).

However, the "Add another" option also needs to be added under "Tribunal Secretary" so that when there is more than one Tribunal Secretary, we are able to add all names.

Please let us know if you'd like this task broken down into the following two separate tasks: 1) making the existing Tribunal Secretary field into multi entry under "Tribunal" and "Tribunal (Resubmission)"; and 2) inserting multi entry Tribunal Secretary field(s) to "Annulment Committee" and "Annulment Committee (Resubmission)."

I just realized that making the existing Tribunal Secretary field into multi entry under  "Tribunal (Resubmission)" has not been done. It is only done under "Tribunal". Could you please add this option under "Tribunal (Resubmission)" as well?
