"NAFTA Jurisprudence" is a category that exists on the legacy app Jurisprudence Citator, but it doesn't appear on the new live site Jurisprudence Citator. All disputes that appear under "NAFTA Jurisprudence" on the legacy app now appear under "Investment Treaty and ICSID Jurisprudence" on the new live site Jurisprudence Citator.
This was intentional. Given the shift in the investment treaty landscape, it's hard to justify giving NAFTA it's own category of jurisprudence. Users will eventually be able to filter documents by their applicable instrument to isolate NAFTA documents, but this will be a post-launch feature.
Also, the reason we kept the category in Treaties & Rules is because the NAFTA documents have been separated into their various chapters. Therefore, there was a need to keep these in a group.
