✔ No option to upload the HTML when the PDF is already uploaded

As for brand new documents that I need to upload both HTML and PDF, I have the option to upload the HTML as you see in the screen capture below:

But, when the PDF of the dispute document is already uploaded and I want to upload HTML only, I do not have that option on app.islg and staging.islg to upload HTML:

As per requirement, You can not do anything for published document. You need to create draft version. But, if there is not html available in system and you going to crate draft version then application will throw an error as html must be required for create draft.

Using Dispute Document AF/0048/03  as an example. 
  • The PDF was previously uploaded and published.  
  • Then the HTML became available.  
  • A draft version of the Dispute Document was created.  However, when you open the draft version, there is no option to add the HTML. "Document Text" heading is missing.

As we discussed earlier today, I believe the issue above is related to attempting to add an HTML to a dispute document entry with "HTML pending" status, which is not possible. I'll mark the to-do complete.
