Currently, there is no option for admin users to create new instrument/Jurisprudence/Publication as we had on the legacy. Below is what we could do with an excel macro we had when we were drafting DCDs on excel spreadsheets. In the Article citator, there was an option to “Add Instrument”:Once “Add Instrument” was selected, the following window popped up where the users could add the instrument title as well as the instrument type from a drop-down menu. When the new instrument was added, it appeared under the “Referenced Instrument” section and it could be selected. Here is how the newly created instrument showed up in the macro:Example: BIT: Bahrain/Iran (2002)In the Jurisprudence citator, there existed an option to “Add a document to the List”:By selecting this option, the following window popped up where the users could add the document title as well as the full citation, the category, and the type of documents.Once the document was added, it appeared under the “Jurisprudence Catalogue” where users could select the new document from the list. Here is how the newly created Jurisprudence showed up in the macro:Example: Case of OAO Neftyanaya Kompaniya Yukos v. Russia, Application no. 14902/04, ECtHR 2014In the publication citator, there was an option to “Add Publication”:Once “Add Publication” was selected, the following window popped up where the users could add the short title as well as the full citation and the publication category from a drop-down menu:Once the new publication was added, it appeared under the “publication being cited” list where the users could select the publication. Here is how the newly created Publication showed up in the macro:Example: Sinclair, A. C. "Investment Protection for "Mailbox Companies" under the 1994 Energy Charter Treaty" (2005)On app.islg, there needs to be an option to add new entries with the next available UIN in a way that admin users be directed to the relevant Master Lists i.e. Treaties (for Article Citator), Dispute Documents & Non-Investment Treaty Documents (for Jurisprudence Citator) & Publications (for Publication Citator)) to add new entries without having to exit the HTML. Also, we need an identifier for new entries so that whoever reviews the DCDs could distinguish between the existing and new entries in order to check the consistency of the new entries with ISLG protocols. Thanks,Nafiseh

I have created backlog item https://dev.azure.com/tologix/ISLGRebuild/_workitems/edit/2029 in DevOps.
Please prioritize in the backlog accordingly.

There is one question and we stuck there.
For example, if any user add new arbitration or treaty and select that new added UIN while tagging but how they will select the provisions ?
Because, newly added document doesn't have provision. The provision is fetching from HTMLs.
Hope you will get my point. This issue is only for Article Citator tool.

As long as they could add a placeholder, that should be fine. This has been our protocol for the Article Citator references that we need to add at the analysis level. This means that there is no need for the HTML and all the AC references are added under "generally".
Hope that makes sense.

To add new Dispute Document through Analysis, Will do following things.
1) User will create add new dispute document through dummy UIN
2) The document will treat as Only PDF. (it means you will replace PDF from dispute document)
3) Will provide access to create new paragraph and page number
4) Will allow to change Dispute in Dispute Document Page
5) Based on dispute selection, The new UIN will be automatically generated and update the dummy UIN.
Approx. : 80 hours will need for this task.
I have added DevOps item https://dev.azure.com/tologix/ISLGRebuild/_workitems/edit/2220 to the current sprint to track this.
This brings the total hours of the sprint to 197, which is 37 more than our capacity.
So there is a possibility we will need to complete the work in the next sprint. We can monitor as we progress through the sprint.
Thanks,
-Martin
