Organizations associated with experts not saved properly

I am experiencing an issue where the associated organizations I added for the experts do not appear in the field I added them in the first place and when I want to add them again the organizations' names are not saved.


Could we resolve this issue as a critical/unplanned item as the data appearing on the system is inaccurate?

Hi Nafiseh Arghandehpour, Legal Content Manager at ISLG Nafiseh ,

Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh has been working on this issue. Currently, he can only reproduce on app.islg. Attempts to reproduce in a development environment have been unsuccessful.

Harsh will be installing a special piece of code on app.islg in an attempt to better understand the root cause. He will share more details in this thread once he's able to gather more data.
