Paragraph Range(s) not being Picked up in Jurisprudence Citator

Notes
While reviewing the data capture for IC/0429/03, I noticed that in Jurisprudnec citator (under fn77), when the paragraph numbers for the cited document (IC/0414/02) are entered as a range (i.e. 50-52 as opposed to 50;51;52) in the HTML, the range is not broken down. The system should have picked up the range, and broken down paragraph ranges 50-52, and each paragraph i.e. paragraph 50, paragraph 51, and paragraph 52 should have been entered in separate rows.

I know that it is an ongoing issue with respect to Subject Navigator which has been already reported and being worked on, but we had not experienced this issue with regard to the Jurisprudence citator.

In fn77, paragraph 11 and paragraph 12 were not entered as a range in the first place, so that is why they appear as they should.
