Yes - I can try replacing it again.

AF/0005/21 appeared in the DT daily search today.  The PDF was replaced on the legacy admin site.  The most recent PDF version uploaded is having this issue.  
I wonder if the legacy site thinks the link to the PDF is broken and instead of taking  us to an error page it's going to our new home page.

Ok. Sounds good Irit . It probably has something to do with the redirects setup on the legacy app. Let me know if this solves the problem. If not, we'll raise it with the development team.

Hi Morgan , I renamed the PDF file and replaced it just now.  The updated PDF on legacy admin site still takes you to the new ISLG live site.

We checked and found that the issue occurred due to  "Products" word included in PDF filename. As Carbon 60 team has set some rule with Products found in URL. If we remove word Product from PDF file name then it works fine.

I did for UIN AF/0005/21 on legacy application. You can check it. Following are the list of UIN which contains "Products" in filename. We need to remove this word from both database and PDF file name.

Once you changed name then in Dispute Document module it will changed by next day as those data we are capturing through JOB. so once you update file name then it will reflect in Dispute Document by next day.

The SQL Job run by today night so it is change for UIN AF/0005/21.

Thanks for clarifying. Irit , Paul and Nafiseh , please take note that we should avoid having the term "Products" in filenames going forward.

Harsh , is this a recent change implemented by Carbon60, because these documents works previously? Also, are they any other terms that the content team needs to avoid including in the filenames?

Your both questions we need to ask Carbon 60 Team. As they did set rule on server that how to redirects to new application.

so they have better idea for this questions. Also, we need to ask them for other terms also that we need to take care to include in PDF file name.

Hi Morgan , no further issues to report here. Do we want to wait for Harsh to get back to us with regards to other terms that we should avoid in file names before marking this to-do as complete?

I am confirming that the term "product" was indeed a reserved word, and thus was causing an automatic redirect to new.investorstatelawguide.com.

I did look at the list of rules Carbon60 built for us, and "product" seems to be the only one we needed to worry about.

Here are the other terms that will cause a redirect to new.investorstatelawguide.com:

I don't think any of the other terms will be found as part of a document name.

Ok. Great. Thanks for looking into that for us Martin . I doubt the other sub-directories listed above will cause an issue.

Paul , Nafiseh and Irit , please take note that any other terms contained in the sub-directories listed above may cause a redirect to new.investorstatelawguide.com if they are used within a document filename, so please avoid this going forward (or at least until we remove the directs when we retire the legacy application).

If we come across dispute documents with "product" in dispute name, please shorten it to "pdt" in order to avoid any issue.
