Whenever Washington, D.C., United States is entered as the Place of Arbitration for a dispute on the admin site, the live site shows "Washington, United States / D.C." It should display "Washington, D.C., United States."

The example below is IC/0173 Daimler v. Argentina, and the video also shows AF/0036  Corona v. Dominican Republic.
