1. As shown below, there is a difference between Generally (131) and All References (130) for the New York Convention (OTI/0042) under Article Citator that I don't understand (it is a placeholder with "Generally" reference only). Could Harsh investigate?

2. Also, OTI/0043 Panama Convention doesn't open on app.islg live site; I don't seem to be able to open it on the admin site either.

Please ask Harsh to investigate it.
