Any placeholder instrument (Treaty or Arbitration Rules) is not showing up properly under Article Citator. BIT/0108 - Colombia - Spain BIT (1995) (citation and source) - English is used as an example.
1. Placeholder instrument is not displayed in the auto-suggestion in the search field even though users can scroll down to find the instrument

's description below, there appears to be a problem with Treaties and Arbitration Rules placeholder entries and their appearance within the Article Citator.
If the placeholder is active and is referred to be a Dispute Document in it's Article Citator analysis data, it should have the applicable references available on the Subscriber side.
Note for the example above, BIT/0108 is referred to within the IC/0089/03:
Thanks,
Paul
