There are no placeholders on the rebuild admin site for ARB/0073 and ARB/0076:

In the new application, placeholder documents will no longer have a PDF or HTML, we only display the relevant placeholder information through the relevant placeholder fields, which should have been extracted from the XMLs:
It's important that we confirm that placeholder information was extracted correctly from the XML to populate the relevant field, but we don't need to worry about the PDFs or HTMLs.
I'll resolve this to-do.
