✔ Present date option for calendar selection fields

Further to the video below, we need to modify the calendar selection and date range fields so that there is an option to select "Present" to represent that the date is the present day. Note that we'll need to modify the hard coded "Valid To" fields for Arbitration Rules as well.

As discussed in target process story, When Valid Primary toggle set to "Yes" then we are displaying current date.

OK, Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , but further to my last comment in TargetProcess, setting the date to a fixed date based on when the toggle was activated to "Yes" isn't sufficient. We need to ensure the date is always updating to the current date when "Present" is activated. Could you confirm whether the date updates each day to the current date? If not, we'll need to come up with an alternative solution.

I have one solution like we  will make one SQL  job which run every day 12:00 AM and update valid to date if the valid present toggle set to yes.
