In both app.islg and staging.islg Admin Site, there's an issue accessing the Treaty HTML. I receive the following message:
Document conversion in progress
Please note that I was on staging.islg last Friday and did not come across this issue. This must be new.
Example using BIT/0344, Master Lists, Treaties, Document Text:

Further to the description above, there is an odd things happening on app.investorstatelawguide.com when attempting to access the HTML text for Treaties within the admin site. This seems to be new since the latest deployment.

As you see in the videos below, under Dispute Documents, although the HTML exists, when I want to open the HTML, "Document conversion in progress" appears on the page for a few seconds before I am directed to the HTML.

This issue is resolved on both app.islg and staging.islg.
This issue has been resolved in both Treaty and Dispute Document. I will mark this to do complete.
