Further to the video below, I'm having trouble understanding how the admin user can add a PDF or HTML to a dispute document, arbitration rule or treaty record after it has been added to the applicable master list. Is this missing from the requirements or am I missing something? Is this dealt with through the Group functions, because these weren't working for me to be able to properly test.
This has been marked as a high priority to-do assuming I am understanding the requirements correctly. However, this may be a product of me not understanding how to manage groups. Please let me know.

In the original criteria, it was written that Skip upload documents wouldn't have the ability to add to group from that record, or have a document text tab.
However, if an admin did want to upload a PDF or HTML version of a skip upload document later on, they could still do this by uploading the document, and selecting the document that was skip upload document to be part of a group from the uploaded document record. From there they would be able to copy all the details related to the skip upload document.
However, as I described in the video below and the other related to-do, the process you described above doesn't seem to work. Also, the "add to group" link shouldn't be present if it's not intended to work.

It seems there is a different implementation regarding Treaties/rules and Dispute documents. I wonder if it is best to discuss this over the call on Thursday to align on the best solution for this issue
