Further to the video below, we have a problem with the City and Country value lists that are being used to populated values within the City and Country fields within the Trial Account Request form. Currently, there is no way for me to delete values in the list. We need to be able to delete values (and erase the value from the applicable field within the user(s) form) so these lists do not contain erroneous entries. Ideally we would do this by adding a Delete button to the Action menu, but if that's not possible, we'll need to manually delete the entries.

Following-up on the list you provided here: Re: Syncing/Migrating user data between legacy and new applications - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild, here is an updated version detailing changes needed to the City and Country user value list:

Please make the following changes:
  1. All values highlighted in red need to be deleted and any users or groups with the value assigned to the applicable field need to be replaced with the values listed in columns C and D:

  2. In some cases, the values need to be deleted entirely. In these case, please delete the value and reassign the value for the applicable users or groups to "N/A". "N/A" is a new value that we need to create in both the City and Country list. Also, this value should appear as the first item in a list to populate any dropdown menus, particularly in the Trial Account Request form:
