✔ Problem with date field for "Effective: [Date]" in tribunal details

Further to the screenshots below, the wrong data is being pulled to display the date within (Effective: [Date]) next to the current arbitrator within the tribunal details on the Dispute details. Could you please modify this so that the data is pulled from the State Date field for the current arbitrator. Note the example in the screenshots below is from dispute IC/0164.
In addition to the issue above, we also discovered an inconsistency in the ways historical data is getting displayed on the Subscriber side of the application. Further to the screenshots below that compare SC/0033 and IC/0164, in one instance the Previous Arbitrator field is displayed first and then the Effective date of change field, and then in the other instance the order is reversed. As shown in the screenshots, there is no difference in the way the data has been entered into the dispute form, so we're uncertain why this inconsistency exists. Could you please resolve this and ensure the the Previous Arbitrator field always appears above the Effective date of change field.
