✔ Problem with Edit Group feature

Further to the video below, there are two issues that need to be resolved within the Edit Group function within the user management system on the admin site:
  1. Resolve bug where Location(s) - City and Region(s) field are not functioning. Entries entered into the fields are not saving.
  2. Create ability to add value to the City user value list through the Location(s) field for IP address ranges.
