✔ Problem with exporting usage details from admin site and subscriber site

Further to the video below, there are some inconsistencies in the way usage details are exported from group and user accounts within the new application in comparison to the legacy application. Focusing on two main issues, could you please make the following changes to all documents (Excel and PDF) that are exported from the user management system on the admin site and the subscriber site:
  1. Ensure that any data relevant to dates is saved in a date format for the exported Excel document.
  2. Ensure that all usage reports generate a document where the individual sessions are ordered chronologically (newest first) by session start date.
