Hi Morgan , 

That seems like an issue to me. I tested a couple of scenarios on my end and I am not receiving notifications. The notifications feature did have a complete series of UAT performed, so this is a regression issue. Do you want me to log a bug or is it faster to have it dealt with through here?

OK. Thanks Naomi . Give the time constraints, let's deal with this directly through this to-do.

Harsh and Ketan , please take note of the issues above. We appear to have a regression in the Follow Topics features where the notifications are note getting sent to users. Could you please address this before the final deployment this weekend. Also, please ensure the issue is resolved across the different modules (i.e., not just in the Subject Navigator).
