✔ Problem with how legal analytics data is getting presented within Dispute view

Further to the video below, there is a problem with the way data from legal analytics is getting presented with the dispute details. Values from multiple fields are getting combined into one field and this prevents the user from associating the relevant child field values with the parent field values. For example, if I have the following in the dispute form:
- Field 1: Yes
- Field A: Person X
- Field i: Position a
- Field A: Person Y
- Field i: Position b
- Field A: Person X
This is getting presented as:
Field 1: Yes Field A: Person X, Person Y Field i: Position a, Position b
This should be presented as follows:
Field 1: Yes Field A: Person X Field i: Position a Field A: Person Y Field i: Position b
I understand that this is an 11th hour request, but unless we make this change, the data will be indecipherable to users.

This change we have done on staging.islg but due to time constrain we tested only few dispute.
Please check on staging.islg and if it will be OK then will deploy this thing on app.islg by early of next week.
