I've logged the bug related to adding documents to a comparison group, as this seems to be a legitimate bug that is only occurring when adding from the SN or Terms & Phrases tool (https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/entity/21436-staging-not-able-to-add-document). 

The other two issues seem to be related to performance, and I'm not sure they require a target process card, but more so implementation on devIT's part that is being addressed through items in this loading issues to-do list. 

Note that I re-tested and experienced these same issues in the staging environment.

I've moved this card to done, however, I will say that for 3 documents in the comparison group it takes 4-5 seconds to load, and similarly when switching between research tools or shared references/entire document, though perhaps that can be addressed post-launch.

Further to the video below, the loading times for generating the excerpts is still too slow. Also, I'm having difficulty using the search field for share references. It says the documents have shared references, but I'm unable to get a list of shared referenced when I select the search field:

The issues identified in the above video are mainly regression issues:

These were all working properly during the original rounds of UAT. 

Regarding keyword search, this was highlighted as not implemented during UAT however we don't seem to have revisited it since, so I don't believe this has ever been tested. 

Do any of the issues require stories in Targetprocess, or are they better managed through here?

As per above criteria, we have deployed latest version on staging.islg. Please check and confirm.

If Shared reference is available 2 or more than 2 document then only you can able to click on research tool otherwise it is set in disable mode. and also, we have removed Keyword Search link.

Due to load html files on page it is taking 5 to 6 second time for shared references.

Confirming that the regression issues are fixed. I did notice that selecting a shared reference where 5 documents share that reference takes upwards of 20 seconds. Besides this everything else seems to be working well.

Does the loading time increase with the number of documents in the tool? 20 seconds is already too long and I'm concerned that speed with only decrease with more documents.

Hi Morgan , 

I tried selecting a shared reference with 6 documents and with 10 documents. The one with 6 documents loaded within 5 seconds, however, the one with 10 references took almost a minute. My assumption would be that depending on the size of the document this will take longer to load.

There is a clear loading indicator however, and toggling back and forth between research tools, and shared/entire documents is working quite quickly.
