Further to the video below, to preemptively deal with issue that will need to be resolved before launch, please examine how the loading indicator is getting presented to users across the subscriber side of the application, and how it can be jarring to have a page presented and then jump to a loading indicator that grays out the entire page before jumping back to the page. My preference would be to have the loading occur before the page is presented, and to consider replacing the loading indicator with something that isn't so jarring to the user.
