Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

I understand that there is a lot of dynamically generated data getting loaded when we open up the dispute and dispute document forms. However, these loading times need to be dramatically improved. We can't operate if the application is taking 2 minutes to load a form. Please review and address, and let's ensure no dispute or dispute document form takes more than 10 seconds to load across the admin site.

If the issues above are related to the server, let's ensure this is resolved permanently, because we can't have these issue when we launch.

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi  Paul Moon Paul ,

We have improved the query and now the page is loading within 6 to 7 second on rebuild.islg.

Please check and confirm.

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh :

It has improved a lot, but it still takes around 10 to 15 seconds (video below shows an example of IC/0091 taking 15 seconds) to load a dispute. Is there a way to make it close to 5 seconds?

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

Further to a discussion with Paul Moon Paul and the team today, the loading times for Dispute entries is sufficient to the time being. We'll move this into the ISLG Team Feedback - post-launch (high priority) - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild to-do list, and see if we can further improve the speed after we launch.

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan and Paul Moon Paul ,

Could you please complete this task from this thread ?
Paul Moon
IC/0091 still takes 10 seconds to load; even the heaviest document shouldn't take more than 5 seconds to load.

Paul Moon completed this to-do.
